My focus
I work with teenagers, adults, and couples facing depression, anxiety, perfectionism, body image and self-esteem issues, relationship and communication challenges, trauma, school stress, minority stress, life stress, and prenatal and postnatal care for new parents.
My approach
I use a Cognitive-Behavioral approach with my client, which includes working with their thinking patterns and beliefs and exploring how they impact your emotions, behaviors, and quality of life. I also approach each client and session with immense compassion and warmth in order to provide a safe and judgment-free space that can support therapy.
