I'm going to be real with you, and I hope you will be with me too. Sessions are honest, sometimes light, and can include laughter and moments of ease. Think of me as a teammate, fostering a supportive space for you to tap into issues that may feel difficult to tackle alone. We feel what we feel, and I will honor that.

We’ll start with the big picture—what you’re hoping for—and then turn that into something practical and workable. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s growth and feeling more aligned with your life.

We’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what you’re hoping for. You know yourself best, so I’d love to hear the bigger vision you have for your life or how you want to feel in your day-to-day—and we’ll move toward that together.
