Throughout our time together, I'm going to be real with you, and I hope you will be with me too. Think of me as a teammate, fostering a supportive space for you to feel open to tapping into issues that may feel difficult to tackle alone. We feel what we feel, and I will honor that.

It will be a collaborative, evolving process. Your goals should reflect the kind of life you’re working toward — not a checklist of expectations. We’ll start with broad hopes or themes, then gradually shape them into meaningful, actionable goals together. The aim is not perfection, but growth and alignment.

We'll get to know each other and discuss your vision for therapy. You know yourself best, so I'd love for you to share the overarching hope you're wanting to work toward — whether that's the life you want to build or how you’d like to feel most days — and we'll move toward it together.
