My communication style is warm, authentic, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences openly and honestly. I believe that feeling heard and understood is an essential part of the therapeutic process.

My journey to mental healthcare

As the first-generation eldest daughter of immigrants, I learned early on the importance of resilience, responsibility, and supporting others through life's challenges. My personal experiences inspired me to pursue a career in mental health, where I could help individuals and families feel seen, supported, and empowered during difficult times.

My goals for you

I believe every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and transformation when provided with the right support and guidance. Therapy is not about having all the answers—it's about creating space to explore challenges, discover strengths, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
