My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up I had a desire to be active in helping people and an interest in psychology. Early in college, I took a psychology course which further sparked my interest in the field of psychotherapy. Through continued psychology courses and meaningful work experiences in the field of mental health, I decided to become a therapist.

My goals for you

I help clients set and reach treatment goals through a collaborative approach, setting clear objectives about goals they want to reach, then identifying unique resources they have to help them reach their goals, and providing them with additional insights and tools as needed.
