My therapeutic approach is client-centered, holistic, and informed by a range of evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began in youth ministry, where I realized that I needed more tools to effectively support individuals. This led me to pursue a Master's in Counseling Psychology, propelling me into the field of therapy.

Goal setting in my practice is a collaborative and dynamic process. After assessing and mutually agreeing on the problem to be addressed, we work together to identify achievable objectives.
