My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help change patterns of negative thinking that impact functioning. CBT addresses issues created by unhelpful thoughts, learned behaviors, and false core beliefs. I combine this with Solution-Focused Therapy to build on strengths and find practical solutions for current stressors.
