My focus

I work with adults struggling with mood disorders and relationship issues. I also work with clients who are having difficulty managing their substance use and are looking for techniques to cope with the stressors in their daily lives.

My approach

Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and I utilize Motivational Interviewing to empower you to make a change when you are ready to do so, in a way that feels authentic to you and your value system. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
