My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I create a calm, relational space where you can bring all parts of yourself and feel seen. While I honor traditional psychotherapy, my approach moves beyond its colonial roots—centering authenticity, connection, and your lived experience in healing.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this work by a deep belief in our capacity to heal through connection and self-understanding. Over time, I’ve seen how therapy can transform pain into insight and resilience. I’m continually inspired by witnessing people come home to themselves with greater clarity, compassion, and authenticity.

My goals for you

I see goal setting as a collaborative and evolving process. Together, we identify what feels most meaningful to you—whether that’s easing anxiety, improving relationships, or deepening self-understanding. Goals may shift as insight grows, and we’ll revisit them regularly to support your progress with care and intention.

Our first session

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. I’ll invite you to share at your own pace while we begin building safety and trust. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, understood, and supported in taking this first step toward healing.
