I work with adults and teens trying to figure it out. Whether you feel held back by your beliefs about yourself or you are exploring your identity but are finding yourself stuck, together we'll move closer to making it all make sense for you.
My approach
I strive to use an empowering and warm approach to therapy (sometimes with a little humor) and recognize you are the expert in your life and I'm the one getting to know you so you can better know yourself. I use a humanistic approach and specialize in all things human-- ADHD/ASD, burnout/stress, relationship conflict, self-esteem & identity.
