I received my Master's from Azusa Pacific University and have been practicing for 8 years. I have worked with all age groups and have specifically focused on working with adults and older adults. Assisting in providing guidance in current or past life stressors, and finding the strength to work through those challenges.

I have enjoyed my career working with adults and older adults. I have worked providing services for several conditions, including grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and post-partum challenges.

I am a well-rounded therapist and often find myself utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered, and other modalities tailored to your needs.

I like to allow clients to speak freely during their time, as this is a safe space created for you to discuss and explore the issues you are facing. I will provide feedback as needed and work collaboratively with you. Ultimately, I leave it open to you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I grew up in a first-generation Latino household. I have enjoyed learning how to manage life stressors while navigating the cultural shifts in the family. This inspired and drew me into the helping profession.

I allow you to inform me of the goals you are interested in working on. After much discussion, we can work together and tailor treatment goals that are realistic and that you are most comfortable with.
