I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, stress, and major life transitions. I help clients move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to gaining clarity, direction, and a stronger sense of control in their lives and relationships.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, and periods of transition. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about their direction and are looking for a space to process what’s going on while building clarity and confidence.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path into therapy was shaped by both professional training and personal experience. I know what it’s like to face difficult moments without clear answers, and how meaningful it is to find clarity and direction. That experience is what drew me to this work.
