My communication style is warm, open, and supportive. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing what’s really going on. I listen closely, offer reflections, and ask gentle questions to help you build insight into your emotions and patterns.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began when I struggled to ask for help myself. Through that experience, I learned how powerful support, connection, and community can be. Learning to reach out showed me I didn’t have to do life alone, and it inspired me to become a therapist so I could walk alongside others on their own journey.

My goals for you

I help clients reach their goals by working collaboratively to identify what’s currently causing distress and creating meaningful, manageable steps for change. We keep your goals in focus while building insight and awareness in a supportive, natural way throughout our work together.

Our first session

Your first session is a chance for us to connect and see if therapy with me feels right for you. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, talk about what you’re hoping for, and make space for any concerns or uncertainties. I’ll follow your lead and meet you where you are. This is your time, and you won’t have to navigate it alone.
