My approach to therapy focuses on meeting clients where they are. I use Person-Centered therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to understand clients' lived experience, utilize clients' strengths to make desired changes, and establish a path for sustaining change.

My communication style is calm and welcoming. I want my clients to feel accommodated, and I pride myself on my ability to listen before reflecting in a way that clients feel heard.

I work to set goals with clients by first assessing what brought a client to Therapy. This could be the desired change a client has in mind or the life experiences a client is seeking to process before establishing goals. Over time, we will create therapeutic goals and a timeline for achieving said goals together.

I will ask questions to better understand who you are as an individual and how we may work as a team. The first session is about us building an initial rapport.
