Hi there, I'm Ayesha!
If you are ready to dig deep, I'm excited to support you in reaching your next level! My background as a Philosophy professor and therapist makes me a "feelings philosophizer." I work with individuals and couples seeking a safe space to explore their thoughts and feelings while gaining real tools.
My focus
I help those who are dealing with challenges such as post-partum depression/anxiety, infertility, pregnancy loss, etc. I also work with couples who want to reconnect and passionately give and receive love from one another. Additionally, I work with college students and graduate students who are moving through transitional life phases.
My approach
I use evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gottman to provide an open, judgment-free space to process thoughts and emotions, while gaining the skills needed to move forward. I support couples who long for a more loving, intimate relationship but feel that their communication or areas of conflict are beyond repair.
