Hi there, I'm Lisa!

Are painful emotions from trauma, grief, or LGBTQ+ minority stress disrupting your life? I help teens, adults, and couples reconnect with themselves and others after trauma, loss, and other big stressors.

My focus

If you're struggling with intense sadness, fear, or frustration, it could be because your stress bucket is full from previous traumatic stress or losses. I help you learn how to cope with your emotions without suppressing them or surrendering to them, finding the middle way to regain your joy, peace, and connection to the present.

My approach

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, connected, and at peace. Through therapy, I provide tools to help you recognize your strengths, resolve past pain, and move forward with hope. I use EMDR, Flash Technique, clinical hypnosis, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and somatic techniques to support healing.
