My focus
I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use and other forms of addiction, high levels of stress, trauma, grief and loss, and difficult life transitions—including struggles related to faith and spirituality. I also specialize in men's issues, providing a supportive space to explore the unique challenges men may face.
My approach
In my clinical practice, I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as trauma-informed, strength-based, and solution-focused modalities. My goal is to support clients in gaining insight into the underlying factors contributing to their concerns.
