We all go through life stressors and transitions. I want to acknowledge the big step that you have taken to look into therapy support. Finding a therapist can be challenging. I use a variety of modalities like solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and strength-based therapy.
