I work with adolescents and young adults seeking to heal, change, and find relief from challenging emotions while learning to prioritize wellness. My focus is on helping clients find direction, renewed purpose, and acceptance. Many present with anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem issues.
My approach

My approach is collaborative and personalized, drawing from an eclectic blend of DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
