With respect and compassion, we will work together to increase self-awareness and forgiveness for ourselves and others. I have worked as a medical and psychiatric social worker/therapist in hospitals, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice. I work with the adult and geriatric population.
My focus
I mostly work with young adults, adults, and the geriatric population. I'm comfortable with depression, anxiety, stress, feeling overwhelmed, not appreciated/validated, and all issues surrounding grief.
My approach
I will work on establishing rapport with you toward building a strong therapeutic alliance; convey caring, support, warmth, and empathy; provide non-judgmental support and develop a level of trust with you toward feeling safe so you can discuss the issues that brought you in and their impact on your life.
