My focus
I enjoy working with autistic individuals of all ages with mental health challenges. This includes autism, developmental disabilities, anxiety, ADHD, depression, Cerebral Palsy, Down syndrome, and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. I have expertise working with neurodiverse populations and their loved ones.

My approach is individualized with respect for your unique way of experiencing the world. I use a strength-based approach, encourage self-confidence, create sensory-friendly experiences, and honor individualized communication styles. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy interventions while collaborating with support networks and community resources.
