I work with high-risk youth and adults with dual diagnoses. My focus is helping people who've faced trauma, mental health challenges, and systemic barriers find healing and connection.

I work with clients in various settings including mental health institutions, outpatient clinics, and residential treatment. I treat dual diagnosis, schizophrenia, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related interpersonal problems.
My approach
I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and valued. I assess each client through a trauma-informed lens while identifying needs using a bio-psychosocial perspective. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and crisis management techniques.
