I am a licensed family and Marriage Therapist who is passionate about helping others go through difficult times, working together to improve areas of concern and growth. When I meet with clients, I provide a safe space in therapy to share and process their concerns and work collaboratively, providing tools to address past or present problems.

My approach is humanistic and nonjudgmental. I like to explore potential ways to help clients make progress toward their goals. I use different therapy modalities and go case by case to help clients create an individual action plan that works for them based on how they work and how they learn.
