I work with individuals and families to create positive change in their mental health and well-being. I help with the many transitions that happen as people grow and develop, providing support through life's changes.

My focus

I currently work with adult women. I have experience working with children, youth, adults, and families.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach tailored to the needs of each client. I believe people can flourish and heal when given the space and support to draw upon their own strengths and resources.
