My focus
My focus is assisting individuals on how to better manage their moods, insecurities, thoughts, behaviors, and psychosis (hallucinations and delusional thinking) that disrupt their daily functioning. I have lots of experience with borderline and bipolar personality types.

I'm here for you - client-centered. We can work through difficult transitions, relationships, and crisis situations together. Finding solutions, looking at situations through different perspectives, assisting you in identifying and utilizing your strengths to obtain your goals, and finding stability in your life is how I can assist.
