I believe that therapy has to be individually focused, and the theory I use in a majority of my sessions is Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
My focus
I have the most experience working with clients who want to focus on managing anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma of all degrees. I also have vast experience with couples and family therapy.
My approach
Most often, I find myself using Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. Both have proven to make a great deal of progress, and lasting progress, with most of my clients. However, the therapeutic process is not "one size fits all", and I work to tailor each session to my client's specific needs.
