I communicate clearly, respect diverse backgrounds and beliefs, and work collaboratively with clients to identify strengths and practical steps toward positive change.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a provider comes from more than 25 years of supporting individuals, youth, and families through life’s challenges. I became a therapist because I value helping people feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to meet clients where they are and work together toward meaningful, positive change.

My goals for you

I work with clients to identify realistic goals that are meaningful to them. Together, we explore challenges, strengths, and practical steps for moving forward. Using approaches such as CBT, Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients build insight, confidence, and strategies for creating positive change.

Our first session

Our first session is a comfortable, welcoming opportunity to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you would like to work on. I’ll listen without judgment and answer any questions you may have. Together, we’ll begin developing a plan that feels practical and appropriate for you.
