My journey to mental healthcare

I sought therapy myself and experienced how transformative it can be. I understand that living with mental health challenges can feel overwhelming and make daily life difficult. I want you to know that your struggles don't define you, and I'm here to help you build skills and access resources to improve your well-being.

My goals for you

We'll identify the emotions and behaviors that interfere with your daily life, then explore coping skills and activities that help you manage them. I encourage you to think about what you're already doing that works, and we'll build on that foundation together.

Our first session

The first few sessions focus on building rapport and getting to know you. This looks different depending on your age and stage of life. With children and teens, I start by exploring interests and hobbies to find common ground and better understand who you are.
