I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My style is compassionate, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when we build a trusting relationship where you feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences while also feeling supported.

My journey to mental healthcare

I immigrated to the U.S. as a teen, shaping my perspective as a bilingual English and Spanish therapist with a deep appreciation for culture, family, and life transitions. Working at an immigration law firm, I witnessed how trauma affected individuals and families, inspiring me to help clients process their experiences, heal, and feel empowered.

My goals for you

Healing looks different for everyone, so we'll work together to develop goals that reflect what matters most to you. Throughout therapy, we'll increase insight into patterns, identify emotional triggers, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others to support meaningful, lasting change.

Our first session

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I'll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, learn about your history, and identify the concerns you'd like to address.
