My name is Catherine, but you can call me Katie. I treat adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, using evidence-based modalities and personalized care. I believe therapy is an important form of self-care, and I want to make it as accessible as possible.

I have found that my approach is a good fit for adults aged 40 and older, who may be dealing with challenges such as unresolved trauma, age-related life transitions, and an evolving sense of self. These things often show up in the form of depression, anxiety, or co-occurring addiction.
