I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping individuals through advocacy or by helping them through their personal struggles. I have experience working with families, adults, children, and adolescents, including those in the foster care system.

My focus is always on empowering my clients to become self-reliant by teaching them coping skills, showing them how to identify and manage their individual triggers and stressors, and helping them develop a positive outlook on life by teaching them how to see their strengths and address their triggers.
My approach
I am passionate about helping individuals from all walks of life. I like to set clear goals with clients and meet them where they are. I am empathetic, and I am great at listening and letting clients know that I am there to help meet their needs. I work with adults and adolescents, and I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, and loss using CBT.
