I am a double Board Certified Family & Psychiatry Mental Health Provider. I am open minded, authentic and a great communicator. I have extensive mental health experience both in pediatric, teenagers and geriatrics.

My journey to mental healthcare

I graduated from University of Texas Health Science, Houston, Texas in 2014. I have 23 years of experience in the medical field, 11 years practicing as Psychiatric & Family nurse practitioner. I have extensive experience and passion with my clients mental health journey. I always enjoy helping others and volunteering in the community.

My experience in using effective communication skills, active listening and open minded approach. This approach in conjunction with meditation management in Behavioral and Psychiatric practice has shown great improvement in self realization and acceptance in my patient population.
