Hi there, I'm Taylor!
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a Certified Addiction Specialist. Throughout my life, my passion has always centered around helping people change and transform their lives. I spent the last 20 years treating clients with addictive disorders and their families in a variety of different treatment settings.
My focus
I work with people struggling with depression, anxiety, or addiction who feel stuck and can't see a way out. My real-life experiences, genuineness, compassion, and humor create a therapeutic experience where I do more than just sit back and nod—I actively engage to help you move forward.
My approach
I use a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal as a treatment provider is to foster a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to change and transform their lives. Clients will explore coping skills and techniques for emotional dysregulation.
