I use a curious, calm, conversational style to help you feel comfortable. I speak in a low, calm voice and frequently ask for feedback about what's working. I want us to create a personalized environment where you'll grow and thrive.

My journey to mental healthcare

My own struggles with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts led me to study psychology and become a counselor. I'm driven by a desire to help people develop perspective and understanding of their mental health, spreading a message of wellness and compassion.

My goals for you

I help you establish realistic, motivating, time-limited goals. We break large goals into smaller steps, making even the loftiest goal attainable by identifying the path forward and the tools you'll need to make it happen.

Our first session

I gather basic information about you, your symptoms, and your history. What brings you in? What do you hope to learn, do, or change? Getting to know you helps me understand your needs and better support you through your struggles.
