I work with people navigating childhood trauma, substance abuse, anger management, relationship difficulties, intimate partner violence, and other traumas. My focus is creating a space where you can explore what's holding you back and find a path forward.

I work with clients facing major trauma and crisis, as well as those seeking deeper insight into their patterns. You'll benefit most if you're willing to explore your feelings in a non-judgmental space. We'll examine how interpersonal difficulties connect to childhood experiences and trauma.
My approach
Mostly I listen. My approach is relational and client-centered; I use the treatment modality that seems to be most appropriate and effective given the presenting issues, be it cognitive-behavioral or acceptance/commitment. The streams converge in therapeutic practice, and I look to integrate my approach with the desires of the client.
