Hi there, I'm Jeffrey!

As a therapist for the BIPOC community, I work to decolonize therapy by grounding our work in your cultural heritage and lived experience. We’ll explore your background, process emotions aligned with your authentic values, and challenge cognitive patterns shaped by societal pressure. My goal is to empower you to reclaim your narrative.

My focus

Clients who come from immigrant homes where one may have felt caught between two worlds, never quite fitting in either. Many were parentified kids who learned to suppress their needs to keep peace at home. Together, we'll heal the tension between self-care and family harmony, so you can finally honor yourself without losing connections that matter.

My approach

My approach blends emotional attunement with gentle exploration. I create warm, safe spaces where trust builds naturally. As our relationship deepens, I bring in humor and direct guidance to support your growth. Healing happens when you feel truly seen and supported in our work together.
