I work with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating different stages of life. I believe challenges come to us for a reason, and it's how we approach them with strength and understanding that makes all the difference. My passion is assisting the AAPI community with their mental health needs.

My approach

I use solution-focused therapy that helps you find answers within yourself. We all have a story to tell, and I act as a guide to help you write your own. Sessions are collaborative, and I serve as a self-reflective mirror to help you discover your own solutions.

My communication style

I want you to feel safe, comfortable, and at home speaking with me—like catching up with an old friend. While we may explore difficult topics, my goal is to create a space where you can reflect deeply and find clarity.

My journey to mental healthcare

After volunteering as a teacher in Ghana, I realized I wanted to be more than an educator—I wanted to be a catalyst for change. That led me to mental health work in foster agencies, hospitals, and schools. Seeing former clients grow into successful adults continues to drive my work.

I prefer you set your own attainable goals so therapy meets your expectations. While I may keep my own goals in mind, the direction is ultimately yours to drive.
