My journey to mental healthcare

Since I was little I knew I wanted to help others. Growing up in the inner city only intensified that passion. I truly believe this is my calling in life.

I help clients set realistic, time bound, achievable goals so that each session moves them closer to graduating from treatment.

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
