I work best with adults dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, or addictive patterns who are ready for change but not sure how to get there. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck, I help you create a clear, realistic path forward and build confidence along the way.
My approach
I take a collaborative, no-fluff approach to therapy. We’ll identify what’s not working, explore options, and focus on tools you can actually use outside of sessions. I draw from CBT, ACT, and DBT to keep things practical and effective.
