Hi there, I'm Leann!

I'm highly motivated to help you reach your goals and find inner peace. I pursued therapy because I believe I can truly help people find joy and contentment in their lives.

My focus

Some of my early experiences involved working with individuals with autism, and I must say I learned something from each and every one of the clients I helped. Still, I also enjoy working with clients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and chronic pain.

My approach

I believe in following the client's area of focus and basing interventions on the strengths, needs, and individual characteristics of each client. The most common intervention I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as I feel that focusing on the client's thoughts and feelings can have a major effect on helping the client to reach his or her goals.
