I use a Strengths-Based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, build on their strengths, and develop practical tools for everyday life. My goal is to empower you with skills that support lasting growth both in and outside of therapy.

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected and understood. I communicate with empathy and authenticity, balancing compassion with practice guidance so you can feel supported.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have worked in both community mental health and school based settings proving mental heath services. These expenses have showed me the barriers many people face in accessing support. I want to help others continue receiving mental health support without the challenges.

I believe the best treatment goals are collaborative and personalized. Together we will identify what is most important to you and break goals into manageable steps and build the skills and confidence you need to create lasting change.

Our first session

Our first session focuses on building understanding and connection. We will review intake paperwork and confidentiality, discuss what you are experiencing and begin identifying your goals so we can create a collaborative plan tailored to your needs.
