I'm passionate about helping individuals find their true, wonderful selves and live more fulfilling lives. I help people decrease depression and anxiety by becoming more self-aware, allowing them to identify their feelings and emotions.

I work with adults navigating postpartum challenges, sexual abuse, bipolar disorder, military transitions, anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, trauma, relationships, sleep issues, and women's concerns.
My approach
I use Motivational Interviewing, DBT, CBT, Positive Psychology, and Person-Centered approaches. These methods help you become more self-aware and gain practical tools to manage your emotions and create lasting change.
