My communication style

My communication style with patients is empathetic, open, and supportive. I take time to actively listen and ensure that patients feel comfortable expressing themselves without fear of judgment. I aim to create a calm, safe, and respectful environment where patients feel heard, valued, and involved in their care.

My journey to mental healthcare

I chose to pursue mental health care because I quickly realized that emotional and psychological challenges are present in nearly every patient I encountered, regardless of their physical condition. I came to understand that the mind needs healing and support just as much as the body does.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting collaboratively. We start by exploring short-term and long-term goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and achievable based on their current needs and strengths. I believe in creating flexible goals that can evolve, and I provide support and guidance every step of the way.

Our first session

During your first session with me, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we will begin by getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your mental health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and goals for treatment.
