I am a bilingual Spanish-speaking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, EMDR-certified, and currently completing my Somatic Experiencing certification. I work with a diverse range of clients navigating many different challenges, including complex trauma, a lack of coping resources, anxiety, dissociation, life transitions, and grief.
