I’m a bilingual English/Spanish LCSW based in Los Angeles, working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I work with a wide array of adults managing various existential and mental health concerns.
My focus
I work with anyone who’s experienced discrimination and social disenfranchisement that has contributed to frustration, disillusionment, and despair, and is interested in building self-awareness, self-empathy, and confidence to strengthen their capacity to manage interpersonal relationships and navigate more effectively within society.
My approach
My approach is Psychodynamic and informed primarily by object relations, Ego Psychology, and one’s experiences within the social construction of racism and Post-Colonialism. Additional dynamic models and therapeutic approaches are considered based on client need, to promote individualized assessment and care.
