I work primarily with women who are struggling in their relationships, with their self-esteem, or find themselves experiencing anxiety and depression. There's so much joy in getting to walk alongside someone as they address past experiences, find healing, and walk confidently into their purpose.
My focus
I most typically work with women who are feeling stuck and need help navigating relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and issues related to identity and purpose. I also feel very passionate about working with postpartum mothers and helping them navigate their mental well-being while adjusting to motherhood.
My approach
I use an eclectic therapeutic background, blending different approaches in my sessions. I don't believe in one size fits all therapy, so I meet each client where they're at. Common approaches I utilize include Strengths-Based Perspective, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
