I became a therapist because I've always wanted to help others feel better about themselves and their circumstances. I'm a natural listener, and I take pride in helping people through difficult times and watching them become their best selves.

In our first session, we'll spend most of our time talking about how you've been feeling recently. I'll ask clarifying questions to better understand what you're experiencing. The first session is about building connection and helping me understand where we should go from there.
