My communication style

The foundation of effective psychotherapy is an abiding mutual trust between the therapist and the client. The superstructure of that trust must be a mutual respect buried in humanitarian principles, regardless of differences. I make reaching and sustaining this sacred place with my clients the sustaining goal of therapy.

My goals for you

The vast majority of my clients are suffering from sedentary, stalled lives mired in fear and the trepidation of change. A happy and fulfilling life must be actively moving forward toward short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals, ideally within the context of a sustaining, creative paradigm.
