Hi there, I'm Glenn!

I use a client-centered approach that helps you develop insight into how the past may be affecting your present, reframe your thinking, and actively process unresolved pain. Therapy can help you get unstuck as you begin to heal and move forward. I provide a safe, confidential, caring, non-judgmental space where we can start this journey together.

My focus

I work primarily with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and marital concerns. I also have extensive experience working with children, teens, and families using Family Systems approaches.

My approach

I use elements of Psychodynamic Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Family Systems. These approaches help us explore the past, process unresolved pain, and identify and change automatic negative thoughts and core beliefs to assist you with obtaining emotional wellness.
