I offer a person-centered, strengths-based approach drawing from EMDR, EcoPsychology, and Organic Intelligence. I use an eclectic blend of modalities to meet your unique needs. Supporting you feels sacred and deeply humbling, and I tailor our work to help you build resilience and deepen connection with yourself and others.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was the friend others came to for advice and a listening ear. Watching my family serve their community with imperfect yet impeccable care taught me how to care well for others. Those early lessons and my involvement in peer counseling led me to become a therapist.

In honoring and exploring your personal story, I provide the tools and support needed to reach your self-determined goals. Processing traumas in a safe environment and confronting feelings of loss and grief with someone who cares can be truly life-changing.
